If for any reason you need to return a product, you will get a full refund once the product is shipped and returned back to me. Refunds will only be issued if the product is in the same and undamaged condition it left in. If a product is damaged in the mail (which is highly unlikely but possible) you can return it to me and I can send another copy.

Delivery is typically 3-5 business days once shipped. Package should ship within a day or 2 from initial order (with an exception for holidays and days the post office may be closed).
